Veteran Connection Project is a network to support wounded, ill, or injured veterans while serving our country, and the families of deceased veterans with no means of any income to support their dependent child(ren) and elderly parent(s). We are collaborating with individuals and communities to find sponsorship to child(ren) or elderly parent who have unmet basic needs and struggling to survive.

Veteran who died while serving for our country

Household with no income

Care for dependent child(ren) (under the age of 18).

Phase2: veteran who is wounded , ill or injured.
Eligibility criteria:

Veteran who is wounded and transitioning back to civilian life

Phase 3: Elderly and vulnerable parent of veteran lost a child(ren) during the war
Eligibility criteria:

Elderly over the age of 60 (60& 60+)

Age 55 and over with Disability

He/She has no other child or family to provide support

Veteran who is wounded or died while serving for our country

I agree, authorize, and consent to the terms and conditions listed below. I certify that I have read the confidentiality and privacy policies. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions will result termination and Federal HIPPA violation. I hereby certify that I am at least 18 years of age and I voluntarily choose to participate in this project by electronically signing and submitting this application form.

I understand that I am signing up to participate as a sponsor of families in Alen Lewegen project; I will be the sponsor of the family (families).
I agree to keep all sponsored family (families) information confidential and shall not disclose any information and pictures on any social network, and to a third party without the prior written consent and agreement of the sponsored family and Alen Lewegen.
I understand that it is my responsibility to provide monthly financial support to the sponsored family(families) as required by Alen Lewegen project.
A confirmed Family Sponsorship occurs when you (the sponsor) actually provide receipt of the first monthly financial support of paid. I am aware that Alen Lewegen project shall request for proof of support at any point of time to confirm the sponsorship.
